For product teams
A proven product workflow, built in and enforced.
From idea to production, FlowGazer guides your product managers, scrum masters and teams through a workflow shaped by years of engineering leadership. Gates where they matter, room to bend when real life gets in the way.
More structure than Notion. Far simpler than Jira.
Stop reinventing your process. Run a proven one.
Most teams either work in a blank canvas where anything goes, or in a heavy tool that takes a specialist to configure. Either way, the same problems come back.
Blank canvas
Notion and similar tools let you do anything, with no guidance. Every team invents its own process, and it drifts.
Heavy machinery
Jira can do everything, once someone configures it. The workflow becomes a project of its own.
The result
- Half-specified stories in sprints
- Code approved by its own author
- "Done" that isn't live
- Managers guessing what really happened
One flow, idea to production.
Four stages, each protected by the gate that matters most there.
Guardrails, not handcuffs.
The important steps are checked by FlowGazer itself, not just hidden in the screens: a story can't skip discovery, nobody approves their own work, and only QA or Ops sign off a release.
Real life doesn't always follow the book. When someone is ill or a fix is urgent, managers can step in.
Enforced flow. Predictable sprints.
See how every sprint really went, per team:
- stacked_bar_chartCommitted, verified and delivered points per sprint
- percentPredictability over the last sprints, and a rolling average to plan with
- show_chartA day-by-day burn-up of the current sprint
- historySprint history: what was delivered and what wasn't
Specs and diagrams next to your stories.
Write specs in multi-page documents with versions, and draw the architecture in the same place: UML, C4, domain-driven design and event storming, architecture, data flow, integration patterns, SysML and flowcharts. Link them to the stories they describe.
Documents & diagrams arrow_forwardOne way of working, every team.
FlowGazer shines when several teams share a product: everyone follows the same flow, and you see where work stands across them.
Teams and domains
Group teams into domains, map teams to products, plan sprints per team.
Clear roles
Product managers, scrum masters, leads, developers, QA and Ops each own their part of the flow.
Your data stays yours
Every request is checked against your organization; other companies never see your work.

Questions
Does FlowGazer replace Jira? add
For most product teams, yes: backlog, sprints, reviews, releases, documents and diagrams in one tool. It is deliberately simpler: instead of configuring a workflow, you get one that works.
Can I bring my existing backlog? add
Yes. Import Markdown files, one story per file, with points, priority and tags.
Can we bend the flow when we need to? add
Yes. The important steps are checked, but managers can step in when real life needs it, for example approving a story when the reviewer is away.
Does it connect to GitHub or my CI? add
You link the pull request to the story, and a review can't be approved without it. Stories don't move by themselves when a build passes: a person approves, so a person is accountable.
What does the AI see? add
Only what you send it: a document you upload to be read, or the 1:1 sessions you select when you ask. The AI is Google Gemini. It supports your work; it does not run in the background or decide for you.
Where is my data, and is FlowGazer GDPR compliant? add
On DigitalOcean servers in Amsterdam, in the EU. We are working towards full GDPR compliance and will publish the details on the Security page.
