In every team I saw the same problems: stories entering a sprint before anyone knew what they meant, code approved by the person who wrote it, and boards saying "done" when nothing had reached a single user.
Most tools let every team configure its own process, and the rules end up in people's heads. FlowGazer does the opposite: one proven flow, checked at every step, with a person accountable for every move. As more of the work gets automated, that accountability matters more, not less.
