1:1s & people
The people who build the product are part of the flow.
Next to the work itself, FlowGazer gives scrum masters and managers a place for 1:1s, and people ops a place for HR documents.
1:1s grounded in real work
Keep 1:1 notes next to the person's current workload and delivered work, and build a record of growth over time.
Shared and private notes
The person reads the shared notes. Private notes are only for the manager who wrote them; nobody else, other managers and admins included, sees a manager's 1:1s.
Finalized sessions
Finalize a session to lock it, so the record stays as it was agreed.
AI insights, when you ask
Select sessions and ask how someone has progressed or what to discuss next, from different viewpoints: a mentor, product, delivery or people ops. On 1:1s the AI only runs when you ask, and only on the sessions you select. It supports your judgement; it doesn't evaluate people for you.
Bring the conversation in
Attach files from Google Drive to a session, such as the meeting transcript. The advisor reads them together with your notes.
Different viewpoints
Ask as a mentor, from product, from delivery or from people ops, and get suggestions for the next conversation.
An HR area for people ops
Each person's HR documents (contracts, CVs, certificates) in one place, organized by category, next to the teams they work in. Access: people ops and admins.
Reads what you upload
Upload a contract or a CV: the AI recognises the type and pulls out the details, like start date, contract type, skills, languages and certifications.
Details per category
Each document category has its own details to look for, and the key ones show on the person's card.
Ask across the roster
Who has a given certification, whose contract ends this quarter, who speaks German: the advisor answers from the extracted details and checks the documents themselves when needed.
Privacy by design
Need to know
1:1s are visible to the manager who held them and, for shared notes, to the person.
AI on request
The AI only receives what you send it: a document you upload to be read, or the 1:1 sessions you select. Nothing runs in the background.
